Overview

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer – Specialist / Architect to support enterprise-wide data and AI initiatives. This role will focus on designing scalable data solutions, building advanced analytics capabilities, and enabling AI-driven decision-making across complex business environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, and AI Solution Architecture, with the ability to collaborate directly with business and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Integrate and aggregate data from multiple enterprise systems and external sources.
• Build reusable data models, frameworks, and data products.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and optimization for analytics workloads.
• Develop modern data architectures supporting enterprise reporting and AI initiatives.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Design executive dashboards and operational reporting solutions.
• Create decision-support systems and analytical frameworks.
• Analyze trends, risks, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights using modern BI and analytics platforms.

AI & Machine Learning Enablement

• Develop AI-assisted analytics and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build predictive models and recommendation engines.
• Support rapid prototyping, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and innovation initiatives.
• Leverage Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics technologies to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate on AI governance, model deployment, and monitoring strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Present analytical findings and AI-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve delivered solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, and ETL/ELT development.
• Advanced SQL development and data analysis expertise.
• Strong Python programming skills for analytics, automation, and AI applications.
• Experience with Data Modeling and Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Hands-on experience building scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data ecosystems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
