Job Title : Oracle GTM - Oracle Global Trade Management Consultant
Location : San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management GTM Techno Functional Consultant to design implement and support Oracle GTM solutions across global trade and compliance processes The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge of global trade regulations with hands on technical expertise in integrations data migration and system extensions
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
Lead requirement analysis and solution design for Oracle GTM covering
Trade Compliance
Restricted Party Screening RPS
Import Export Controls
Product Classification HS ECCN
Landed Cost and Duty Management
Free Trade Agreements and Trade Programs
Configure Oracle GTM rules policies compliance checks and workflows
Work closely with business stakeholders Logistics SCM Compliance Finance Legal to ensure regulatory adherence
Prepare functional documents BRD FDD test scenarios and support UAT
Provide post olive support root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Technical Responsibilities
Design and support end-to-end integrations between Oracle GTM and
Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion SCM OM Inventory Shipping
WMS TMS systems
Third-party customs brokers and government portals
Work with REST SOAP services XML JSON
Oracle Integration Cloud OIC or SOA based integrations
Support data migration and mass uploads for GTM master and transactional data using
GTM loaders
Required Skills Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management GTM
Techno functional expertise across trade compliance system integrations
Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM EBS or Fusion
Experience with Oracle middleware OIC SOA
Ability to debug integration errors and GTM transaction failures
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
