V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Document Accessibility Remediation Technician for our premier client Atlanta, GA.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Ability to follow written procedures and step-by-step technical instructions
- Ability to manage multiple files and assignments while maintaining accurate work records.
- Ability to communicate questions, problems, and progress effectively with a supervisor.
- Ability to work independently after receiving training while seeking guidance when appropriate.
- Experience using Equidox PDF Remediation Software
- Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented computer work accurately and consistently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize electronic files in accordance with established file-naming, storage, and document-control procedures.
- Participate in on-the-job training related to PDF accessibility, document remediation procedures, and the software tools used by the organization.

- Process a high volume of documents while maintaining accuracy and meeting established productivity expectations.

- Incorporate feedback from the supervisor and quality-review process into subsequent work.
- Protect confidential or sensitive information contained within organizational documents.
- Perform other related technical and project-support duties as assigned.
