Title: Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Alameda, CA, 94502
Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support seamless B2B order execution and customer issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage weekly B2B orders in SAP and Amazon Vendor Central
Review iDoc reports and proactively identify order or delivery issues
Perform order corrections, data validation, and reconciliation
Serve as the first point of contact for order-related disputes and issues
Conduct root cause analysis and drive issues to closure
Process credit/debit notes and maintain proper documentation and audit trails
Support Accounts Receivable with shortage claims and Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and 3PL partners
Manage manual order intake when automated systems are unavailable
Ensure KPI compliance (PO confirmation within 24 hours; orders ready to ship within 3 business days)
Escalate non-standard or complex issues to leadership when required

High data proficiency (Excel required; Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python a plus)

Workload is heaviest Monday Wednesday due to weekly B2B order cadence
