Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager (Program Lead) to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise products, solutions, and applications. This role will lead product development initiatives, operational governance, reporting standards, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of scalable, customer-focused solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, product management, and operational oversight experience with the ability to collaborate across business, operations, and technical teams to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Delivery

  • Lead research and development activities related to product design, enhancement, qualification, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support successful product commercialization.
  • Coordinate release management activities, including deployment schedules, feature updates, and maintenance planning.
  • Serve as a technical and operational liaison between leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and support testing, validation, and implementation initiatives.
  • Ensure product and technology solutions align with operational goals and business strategies.
  • Manage product delivery schedules, project timelines, and day-to-day development activities.

Operational Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain centralized inventories of products, applications, and operational solutions.
  • Track operational initiatives and ensure compliance with reporting standards and governance processes.
  • Monitor business unit input to validate product functionality, quality, and performance expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements, modernization, and lifecycle replacement planning.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to support dashboards, analytics, and program performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structured lifecycle management processes.

Strategic Support & Operations

  • Develop a strong understanding of operational processes and organizational workflows to support strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in continuity and emergency response efforts to support operational readiness when required.
  • Provide additional program and operational support as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product development, product engineering, technology operations, systems integration, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise product lifecycles, operational governance, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of product delivery methodologies, release management, and operational reporting.
  • Experience collaborating with technical, operational, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with product lifecycle management, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience supporting dashboard/reporting solutions and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives across diverse teams.
