Summary

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Integration & QA Specialist to join our team. This is a unique, hybrid role that bridges the gap between quality assurance, system building, and deep infrastructure integration.
  • Act as an integration expert taking ownership of building, installing, and independently debugging complex systems. This role requires the broad technical expertise of a seasoned System Administrator combined with a strong background in testing methodologies. Candidate should be hands-on with physical and virtual networking, storage, backup and recovery, and containerized deployments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • System Integration & Build: Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of physical and virtual infrastructure.
  • Deep Debugging & RCA: Act as the primary escalation point for complex system issues. Utilize strong analytical skills to perform independent root cause analysis and deep debugging across network, storage, and application layers.
  • Network Configuration: Manage and configure physical networking infrastructure (including physical switches), as well as virtual networking, routing, and switching.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Drive the quality lifecycle by writing clear, comprehensive test specifications. Execute regression, scale, and performance testing.
  • CI/CD & Containerization: Manage deployments and continuous delivery pipelines utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Backup & Recovery Management: Implement and manage software-based backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Cohesity, Zerto).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Integration/SysAdmin Expertise: Proven experience acting as an integration specialist or system administrator, with the ability to handle infrastructure deployments and debugging independently.
  • Networking: Deep knowledge of both physical and virtual networking architectures (routing, switching, hardware configuration).
  • Virtualization & Storage: Extensive experience with virtualized environments and enterprise storage solutions.
  • Backup Solutions: Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery software (Veeam, Cohesity, Zerto, or similar).
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Practical experience in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments, specifically with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • QA & SDLC: Solid understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies, tools, and test planning.
  • Communication: Self-motivated professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineering and quality teams.
