Summary
Position: Mobile Architect (iOS to Android Migration)
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Required Skills:
10+ years of Mobile Application Development experience
Strong hands-on experience with iOS and Android platforms
Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java
Experience with MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, and Reactive Programming
Strong knowledge of Android Jetpack, Compose, Dependency Injection
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and Mobile Security
CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing, and mobile app deployments
Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale mobile applications
Preferred:
Prior experience leading iOS-to-Android migration initiatives
Experience in enterprise-scale or product-based environments
Knowledge of Firebase, Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Performance Monitoring tools
Familiarity with Google ecosystem and mobile development standards
Responsibilities:
Lead architecture and migration efforts from iOS to Android
Design scalable and maintainable Android architectures
Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, and Engineering teams
Establish coding standards, CI/CD practices, and architectural guidelines
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship
Drive performance, security, and reliability improvements
