Description
Our client, a large Gaming Company, is seeking an experienced ITAM Administrator (Contract) to lead the migration, integration, and optimization of another gaming company's IT asset estate into their Ivanti Neurons for ITAM platform.
In addition to asset migration, this role is responsible for implementing policy-aligned configuration, governance controls, and automation enhancements required to scale the ITAM environment for increased asset volume, studio diversity, and post-close operational
complexity-while maintaining low friction for IT Support, Security, and Finance teams.

Expanded Scope of Responsibilities
Asset Migration & Normalization
Ingest the acquisitions' game asset inventories from ITAM tools, MDMs, spreadsheets, and security platforms
Map legacy asset data to the company's standardized asset classes, lifecycle states, and ownership model
Identify and remediate duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistent lifecycle states
Track assets in a defined "pre-standardization" state until fully normalized
Validate migrated assets with IT Operations, Security, and Finance stakeholders
Ivanti ITAM Policy Implementation
Implement the company's ITAM policies within Ivanti using rules, validations, and role controls rather than a manual process
Enforce mandatory ownership, lifecycle state, and disposal requirements
Prevent unauthorized manual asset creation and modification
Configure policy-driven exception handling instead of broad user permissions
Ivanti Configuration Optimization
Configure and refine:
- Asset classes and sub-classes to support the acquisition-specific hardware and studio tooling
- Lifecycle workflows aligned to the company's operating standards
- Role-based access and field-level permissions by function
Implement studio-scoped visibility while maintaining central governance
Configure dashboards for migration progress, data quality, and risk monitoring
Automation & Integration Enhancements
Optimize automated asset intake via:
- Ivanti Neurons Discovery
- Endpoint platforms (Jamf, Intune, or equivalents)
- Identity systems (Okta / Azure AD)
- Security tools (EDR, vulnerability management)
Ensure lifecycle state changes are triggered via Ivanti Neurons ITSM tickets
Configure automation for:
- Joiner/Mover/Leaver ownership update

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
