Full Stack Developer - Java / Python / React / AWS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Python, React, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and cloud-native solutions. The role requires hands-on experience across frontend, backend, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Python.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Work with AWS cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python development.
• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, or related Java frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data engineering workflows is a plus.
• AWS Certification is preferred.
