Role: PLM Administrator

Location: Remote
Duration: 24 Months 

Role Overview:
The PLM Administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing PLM solutions to support efficient handling of recipes, formulations, product specifications, change management, and compliance processes within a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance Fusion Manage modules for formulations, ingredients, specifications, workflows, approvals, and documentation.

• Maintain high data integrity, traceability, and compliance with food industry regulations.

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams — R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and IT — to streamline processes.

• Oversee and support integrations with ERP, MES, Quality, and other enterprise systems.

• Translate business processes into scalable system configurations, automated workflows, and PLM best practices.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience administering PLM or enterprise workflow management platforms.

• Solid understanding of food processing/manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, etc.).

• Proven expertise in configuring PLM solutions to meet complex business needs.

• Experience in workflow optimization for efficiency, compliance, and collaboration across departments.
