Summary

Role : Network Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Training Lead Required Skills Curriculum development;
Training Delivery and Facilitation; Tableau/Analytics Tool Training;
Change Management Coordination; Feedback-Driven Content Refinement; Stakeholder Coordination Preferred Skills Workers Compensation Industry Experience; Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environment experience
Responsibilities:
Develop the overall training curriculum and delivery plan
Design training materials, including hands-on exercises, job aids, and reference guides appropriate for end users transitioning from Power BI to Tableau
Build and execute a training delivery schedule aligned to the program timeline
Deliver live training sessions (virtual and/or in-person, as needed)
Incorporate adult learning principles to ensure content is practical, scenario-based, and retained close to when users will actually apply it
Coordinate with the change management team to align training timing with broader communications, readiness activities, and program milestones
Gather and incorporate participant feedback to refine training content and delivery approach in real time
Support knowledge transfer and documentation so training materials can be reused or adapted for future efforts Expected Deliverable(s) Including but not limited to: Training curriculum and delivery plan; Tableau end-user training curriculum, design and delivery; Training materials (hands-on exercises, job aids, reference guides, etc.); Live training sessions (virtual and/or in-person); Post training feedback summary and content refinement; Tableau back-end training design and support; Other training as identified by the training plan;
