Job Title: Power Platform Software Architect/Developer

Location: Onsite - St. Paul, MN
Duration: 16 Months

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development.
Experience designing and implementing Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) solutions within an enterprise environment.
Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Azure SQL and/or Azure Storage) and configuring data gateways.
Experience implementing authentication and role-based access using Azure Active Directory.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to solution design, technical documentation, and mentoring junior developers.

Desired Qualifications

Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps, model-driven and canvas apps.
Experience in other Power Platform components like Power Automate and Power Pages.
Experience using product/agile frameworks and methodologies.
Experience in managing a dataset with various data sources, formats, and structures.
Experience developing Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards.
Tableau or other visualization experience may substitute.
Experience in mentoring other developers, particularly during Power Platform development.
Experience gathering business requirements.
Experience using people-centric UX design and best practices in product development.
Experience designing a seamless user experience across devices.
Experience designing a seamless user experience for multilingual support.
Experience making applications ADA accessible to meet WCAG 2.1 standards
