Role: Big Data/Hadoop Developer (9+ years)

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Experience: 9+ years

Job Description:

·        Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Kafka and Spark

·        Very strong programming skills in one or more languages, preferably Python, Scala or Java.

·        Strong experience in Hadoop related technologies especially Hive and writing complex shell scripts

·        Scala, Core Java preferably 1.8 and SQL/Databases (DB2, Sybase)

·        Hands on experience in coding, designing and development of complex data pipelines using big data technologies

·        2 years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including modeling and writing complex queries
