We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join a high-impact Technology Team supporting machine telematics and remote services. This team plays a critical role in advancing next-generation connectivity and diagnostics across a global fleet of earthmoving equipment.
In this role, you will support electrical design, system validation, and remote troubleshooting initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering and process teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to innovative solutions that improve machine performance and operational efficiency.
This position is 100% onsite, working directly with cutting-edge equipment in real-world conditions.

responsibilities:
- .Assist in developing and executing electrical design schedules from concept through system completion
- Perform testing, evaluation, calibration, and modification of electrical products and instrumentation
- Analyze plant and system processes and implement engineering improvements
- Troubleshoot hardware, electrical systems, and process-related issues
- Support technical calculations and system design, including:
- Electrical requirements
- Motor controls
- Robotic safety standards
- Contribute to remote services initiatives, including:
- Remote troubleshooting
- Remote flashing
- Machine telematics support
- Collaborate with internal teams and process partners, including weekly status updates and technical discussions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
1-3 years of engineering experience (entry-level candidates with strong internships may be considered)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented with strong task ownership and execution
Comfortable working in a team-based, highly collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or exposure to:
CAN (Controller Area Network)
Ethernet communication systems
Familiarity with:
Python for scripting or automation
Power BI or data visualization tools
Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive improvements
