We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst who can help the team understand business performance through data and reports. In this role, you will work with different teams to collect and review data, create simple reports, and help identify trends that support business decisions. You will also assist in maintaining dashboards and making sure the data being used is accurate and up to date. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to learn how businesses use information to make better decisions.
Responsibilities
· Collect and organize data from different sources for reporting and analysis.
· Help prepare regular reports and dashboards for the team.
· Review data to identify trends, patterns, or important insights.
· Work with different departments to understand their reporting needs.
· Assist in maintaining and updating dashboards and data reports.
· Help ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used for reporting.
· Support the team in explaining data insights to stakeholders.
· Document reporting processes and data sources when needed.
Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
· Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
· Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
· Familiarity with reporting or visualization tools is a plus.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Good communication skills to present data findings clearly.
· Willingness to learn new tools and data analysis techniques.
