Product Engineers (x5)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dania, FL that is seeking a Product Engineers.

Position Summary:
The Product Engineer supports the development and delivery of digital products by partnering with product, engineering, and business teams. This role will begin with a strong emphasis on project coordination and product support, with the opportunity to grow into owning product initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements, planning, and execution
* Assist with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and stand-ups
* Partner with engineering, product, and UX teams to support product delivery
* Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
* Gather and document business and technical requirements
* Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Assist in testing, optimization, and product enhancements
* Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* 0-3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, or technology-related roles
* Exposure to Agile methodologies or project management frameworks
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to gather and translate business requirements
* Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and technology environments
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Highly driven, proactive, and eager to learn
* Strong sense of ownership; willing to speak up and raise concerns
* Energetic personality with a -self-starter- mindset
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Interest in product strategy and innovation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
