Workday HCM Technical Integration Consultant

We are seeking a Technical Integration Consultant with experience supporting VNDLY integrations and enterprise HCM platforms. This individual will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting integrations between VNDLY and HR/ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the contingent workforce lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with VNDLY integrations, Workday HCM (or another enterprise HCM), APIs, middleware, and data mapping. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support VNDLY integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations between VNDLY and enterprise HCM systems such as Workday.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Configure inbound and outbound interfaces for worker, supplier, requisition, onboarding, and financial data.
• Develop and maintain API, web service, and file-based integrations.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Support end-to-end integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve production issues.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, MSP, and IT teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support procedures.
• Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting VNDLY.
• Hands-on experience with VNDLY integrations.
• Experience integrating VNDLY with Workday HCM or another enterprise HCM platform.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Experience with XML, JSON, CSV, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of middleware or integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday integration experience (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, or PECI).
• Experience with other VMS platforms such as Fieldglass or Beeline.
• Knowledge of contingent workforce management processes.
• Experience with SSO, SFTP, middleware, and enterprise integration architecture.

Nice to Have

• Workday certification.
• Previous experience with enterprise VMS implementations.
• Experience supporting MSP or contingent workforce programs.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
