Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications and content management solutions.
- Design scalable backend architectures, develop application components, and oversee cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support system integration, application performance optimization, deployment, and ongoing maintenance while ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java development, technical architecture, cloud migration, and full-stack software engineering.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java Development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API Development, Cloud Migration

|

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Adobe Experience Manager modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Knowledge of frontend web technologies and enterprise web application architecture.
- Experience working in secure enterprise or government environments requiring suitability or security clearances.
