Role: Sr. Sourcing Associate Position Requirements:- Minimum of 3-5 years of Sourcing experience in IT and SAAS categories
- Bachelor's or similar degree in Supply Chain, business, operations management or related science field required, MBA preferred.
- 3+ years in roles in sourcing/negotiations/supplier management.
- 3+ years relevant experience with IT and Software categories.
- Experienced in negotiating and reviewing/redlining business terms Software License Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statement of Work
- Ability to manage large complex projects including managing to a project timeline, ensuring quality deliverables, effective communication and project risk management
- Experience in strategic sourcing methodologies and working knowledge of the procurement function
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate across all level of the organization
- Strong computer, e-auction and systems literacy
