Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week onsite in Boston, MA.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a leading higher education client in Boston. This role requires a seasoned project manager who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, mitigating risks, and driving successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively manage multiple initiatives while keeping projects on track from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Facilitate meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Foster collaboration among business and technical teams.
Ensure projects align with organizational goals and priorities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Proven experience managing enterprise IT projects.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification preferred but not required.
Experience in higher education is a plus but not required.
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
