Summary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any work-related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the below Minimum Qualifications may be an acceptable substitute.
Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited college or university, in Computer Science or related discipline supplemented by four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology Systems.  Must have or obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 12 (twelve) months of employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Proven experience with permissions, security groups, retention, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell for SharePoint and M365 automation.
Experience designing information architecture, metadata, and content management strategies.
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.
Experience with user adoption, training, and documentation.
Familiarity with Power Platform governance and ALM.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
