Job Title: Senior Consultant OpenShift Virtualization (CNV)

Location: Clinton, MS ~2 weeks onsite initially (travel expenses reimbursable)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) expertise to support a virtualization initiative for a client in Clinton, MS. The consultant will act as both an architect and hands-on technical lead, helping design and implement virtualization capabilities on Red Hat OpenShift.

The engagement will begin with approximately two weeks onsite to collaborate with stakeholders, assess the environment, and establish the architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) solutions.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and deployment through Red Hat consultant access via the vendor terminal (customer environment configured for access).
  • Lead initial onsite architecture and planning sessions with customer stakeholders.
  • Support migration and virtualization strategies within the OpenShift platform.
  • Provide best practices, documentation, and operational guidance to the customer team.
  • Return onsite as needed within the engagement budget to support delivery milestones.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience with Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization (CNV).
  • Strong hands-on implementation capability (not purely advisory).
  • Experience with enterprise virtualization, container platforms, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Ability to act as both architect and delivery consultant.
  • ship required.
  • Willingness to travel onsite to Clinton, MS for the initial phase (T&E reimbursable).
