Job Description: SAP Quantum ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Quantum ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to support an enterprise digital transformation initiative spanning Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SAP Quantum ERP. The consultant will play a key role in defining capability placement, integration architecture, and end-to-end Commercial-to-Operational (CPQ to O2C) alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Capability Design
Define capability ownership between SAP Quantum and Salesforce (CPQ, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Financials).
Contribute to future-state enterprise architecture and system-of-record definition.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects and internal enterprise architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Commercial Integration
Design SAP-side architecture for Order Management, fulfillment, invoicing, and financial postings.
Define integration "handshake" between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SAP ERP.
Ensure margin visibility, revenue recognition, and financial integrity across systems.
Roadmap & Phased Deployment
Align recommendations with Quantum ERP rollout schedule.
Define interim vs future-state architecture if SAP capabilities are phased.
Identify risks and dependencies across workstreams.
Data & Governance
Define system-of-truth strategy for Customer, Product, Pricing, Orders, and Financial data.
Identify data integrity gaps and recommend remediation.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
Required Experience
10 15+ years SAP ERP experience (SD, MM, FI/CO, Revenue/Order Management focus).
Experience in SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programs.
Strong understanding of CPQ O2C lifecycle.
Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Enterprise architecture exposure preferred.
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills.
