Financial Analyst III

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Financial Analyst III with a technology company. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with our client located in Austin, TX. This is an onsite position

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the end-to-end Reality Labs AR/VR process for Revenue Operations (credit, collections, claims management, etc.) with minimal guidance
• Responsible for AR and Claims month-end reconciliation
• Measure and report on key Reality Labs AR/VR metrics
• Understand and abide by relevant policies and procedures
• Collaborate with all cross-functional teams to unblock tasks, allowing BPO to process customer claims while building strong, collaborative working relationships
• Cooperate with process improvements and automation in the area of claims processing and deduction management
• Monitor Dashboards, SLA metrics, and Quality Assurance results
• Cooperate with DTP Process Improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Operations (i.e., accounts receivable, collections, dispute management claims processing/deduction)
• Good understanding of accounting and operational processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external clients
• Experience in communication and building relationships with corporate customers

Desired skills:

• Experience with a multi-national retail and/or hardware company
• Experience in driving innovative changes/efficiencies in operational processes
• Experience working with a continuously evolving system platform environment
• Experience with data analysis

Pay range: Up to $57.95 per Hour
