Role: Charles River Business Analyst / Charles River OMS Consultant

Location: Naperville, IL (Onsite Need local only)

Duration: 6+ months contract

Role Descriptions:

• Gather| analyze| and document business requirements from Portfolio Managers| Traders| Compliance| Operations| and Technology teams.
• Support and enhance Charles River Investment Management System (CR IMS) modules including Portfolio Management| Order Management| Trading| Compliance| and Rebalancing.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end investment lifecycle processes| including portfolio construction| order generation| trade execution| allocation| settlement| and reconciliation.
• Configure and maintain pre-trade and post-trade compliance rules| investment guidelines| and regulatory controls within Charles River.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to design| implement| and deliver system enhancements| upgrades| and platform migration initiatives.
• Manage integrations between Charles River and third-party platforms such as Bloomberg| FactSet| State Street Alpha| Aladdin| custodians| and market data providers.
• Perform data analysis| mapping| validation| reconciliation| and troubleshooting related to security master| pricing| benchmark| and reference data.
• Lead UAT activities| create test cases| support defect resolution| and ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions across investment management functions.

Top 3 Required Skills:

• Charles River Investment Management System (CR IMS) / Charles River OMS expertise.
• Strong Business Analysis experience within Asset Management or Capital Markets environments.
• In-depth knowledge of front-office trading workflows| portfolio management| compliance monitoring| and investment operations.

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating Charles River with Bloomberg| FactSet| Aladdin| State Street Alpha| and custodian platforms.
• Strong understanding of Equities| Fixed Income| Derivatives| FX| ETFs| and other investment products.
• Experience with UAT| Agile delivery methodologies| data analysis| and regulatory/compliance reporting.
