UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Engineer in Weehawken, NJ

We're looking for an Associate Director, Engineer to:
Design and develop sustainable solutions utilizing modern programming languages.
Conduct code reviews and test software as needed.
Participate in application architecture and design, and other phases of the software development lifecycle.
Analyze business requirements for UBS.
Ensure implementation of proper operational controls and procedures to move processes from test to production.
Drive UBS' Agile implementation to ensure continuous optimization of UBS' ability to rapidly deliver features/solutions to UBS clients.
Provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen UBS' position as a digital leader in the financial services industry; Foster collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
Collaborate and coordinate deliverables across teams globally; Uphold high standards for timely and business critical deliverables.
Can work hybrid (In-office/Remote).

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $166,000 and $186,000/year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Systems Engineer, Technology Analyst, Java Tech Lead, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
RedHat Linux; Core JAVA; J2EE Frameworks on Spring MVC; Spring Boot; Spring Core-container; Spring JPA; Hibernate; REST API; Oracle SQL and PL/SQL; NoSQL; Databases including Mongo or Cassandra; JavaScript; HTML5; CSS3; JQuery; IBM WebSphere Application Server; and JMS, MQ and Kafka.
