Pay Rateb : $55/hr on W2
Duration : 12+ Months
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+yrs.
Role Descriptions:
· 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
· Strong Field Workforce Management (WFM) experience.
· Hands-on experience with field/mobile workforce management and dispatch tools.
· Experience with technician scheduling, route/dispatch optimization, and appointment capacity management.
· Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Analyze and document business requirements for field workforce management solutions.
· Work with business and technical teams to understand field service processes and operational needs.
· Support technician scheduling, dispatch, routing, and appointment management.
· Analyze workforce capacity and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
