Location:Manassas, VA (Hybrid)
About the RoleAs a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and support solutions within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) platforms. You will work closely with business, security, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance governance, automate workflows, strengthen security remediation processes, and improve operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow IRM and Vulnerability Response solutions.
- Implement and enhance risk, compliance, audit, controls, and vulnerability management processes.
- Build integrations, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-driven solutions.
- Support CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) initiatives.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications: - Strong experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration
- Hands-on expertise with:
- ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
- ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR)
- CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Certifications: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Risk & Compliance / IRM
