SAP Resource Scheduling Functional Consultant

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced SAP Resource Scheduling Functional Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support SAP Resource Scheduling solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize resource planning, scheduling, and workforce utilization while integrating with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to resource planning and scheduling.
• Configure and implement SAP Resource Scheduling solutions based on business needs.
• Design resource allocation, capacity planning, and scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with business users to improve workforce utilization and operational efficiency.
• Integrate Resource Scheduling with SAP modules such as:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
  • SAP Customer Service (CS)
  • SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)/SuccessFactors (where applicable)
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Work with technical teams on interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Resource Scheduling or SAP Field Service Management Resource Scheduling.
• Strong understanding of resource planning, capacity management, scheduling optimization, and workforce management.
• Experience with SAP PM, CS, or FSM integration.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
