Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive process improvement, requirements elicitation, and solution delivery for public-facing systems. You will bridge business needs with IT capabilities, facilitate discussions with senior leaders, and help shape roadmaps and compliance-driven solutions.

Lead business process reviews, requirements elicitation, and documentation, including process modeling
Develop and manage user stories on Agile development projects
Facilitate strategy discussions with senior management to create roadmaps and achieve consensus
Deliver IT solutions for public-facing applications, ensuring alignment with policy and regulatory requirements
Support contract-related work (SOWs) and compliance activities when applicable

Top Skills and Experience

7+ years in business process analysis and requirements documentation (process modeling)
5+ years creating/managing user stories in Agile environments
2+ years partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and roadmaps
2+ years delivering IT solutions for public-facing/deployed use
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; experience with public-sector constraints
