Microsoft Dynamics 365 & .Net Fs Developer- Remote
Location- Remote/Virtual until further notice
- Occasional onsite work required in Middletown, PA
- No additional travel compensation if within a 3-hour commuting distance
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced professional with at least 8 years of enterprise systems experience. This role involves configuring enterprise software, providing technical assistance, conducting system testing, and developing end-user procedures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and modern web development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in project teams for enterprise system initiatives
- Configure and maintain enterprise systems to support business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user concerns with enterprise solutions
- Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and documentation
- Create, execute, and validate test scripts for system changes
- Conduct process reviews and recommend improvements based on best practices
- Monitor systems and processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Assess impacts of legislative, regulatory, or operational changes on systems
- Perform full application lifecycle tasks: requirements, coding, testing, implementation
Required Skills & Experience- Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse: solutions, forms/views, security roles, plugins, workflow activities, PCF controls
- Power Platform: Power Apps (model-driven & canvas), Power Automate, Power BI
- Backend Development: ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, C#, VB.NET
- Frontend Development: React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3
- Integrations: REST APIs, SOAP, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, Microsoft Graph, LogicApps
- DevOps: Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Experience with Dynamics Web Portal, CE-F&O integration, and Azure BOT framework
Preferred Qualifications- 8+ years of enterprise system experience (configuration, technical assistance, testing, procedures)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Microsoft technical certifications (preferred but not required)
Engagement Requirement- In-person interviews or stakeholder sessions will be conducted onsite in Middletown, PA
