Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Configure, enhance, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Talent Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Gather and analyze functional requirements, recommend solutions, and coordinate implementation activities.
- Design, configure, and validate workflows, reports, interfaces, and system enhancements while supporting production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, testing, documentation, and continuous system improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, post-go-live enhancements, and functional configuration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting, workflow configuration, and interface development.
- Experience supporting production environments and delivering post-go-live enhancements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
