Data Analysis & Reporting converting raw data into actionable business insights
Dashboard Development & Visualization building KPI dashboards and operational reports
Data Validation & Business Collaboration ensuring data accuracy and translating business needs into analytics solutions

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5-7 years of relevant analytics or data analysis experience

Position s Contributions to Work Group:

Provides analytics and reporting support for business stakeholders and Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMA) by translating data into actionable insights
Develops and maintains dashboards, recurring reports, and adhoc analyses to support operational and strategic decisionmaking
Partners closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Supports ongoing analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the team
To enable datadriven decision making by providing timely, accurate, and meaningful analytics for the purpose of asset uptime and CMA efficiency
To standardize reporting and improve visibility into business performance

Required Technical Skills

(Required)

Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau)
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for business audiences

Soft Skills

(Required)

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to nontechnical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
