Python developer with Gen AI exp-Full time-Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled MLOps Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong coding fundamentals, deep understanding of NLP and transformer-based architectures, and experience operationalizing machine learning models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python (or Java) with strong data structure and algorithm knowledge.

• Participate in live coding interviews and solve real-world problems with optimal solution design.

• Perform data preprocessing, cleansing, feature engineering, and ensure data integrity across large datasets.

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines using MLOps best practices.

• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as LLaMA2, Dolly, or similar open-source models.

• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using transformer-based architectures.

• Implement prompt engineering strategies for functional and business use cases.

• Work with NLP frameworks and models such as GPT, BERT, and other transformer-based models.

• Implement vector search solutions using Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector.

• Apply statistical techniques including regression, hypothesis testing, clustering, and time-series analysis.

• Monitor, version, and optimize models in production environments.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong Python programming skills (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Hands-on experience in MLOps (model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD for ML pipelines).

• Strong knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer architecture.

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and Generative AI model development.

• Experience with embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, pgvector).

• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methodologies.

• Experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with MLflow or similar model tracking tools.

• Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks.
