Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, develop, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement scalable IAM solutions that meet business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions for enterprise IAM needs.
Develop and customize SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, policies, and certifications.
Implement user lifecycle management, access provisioning/de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, AWS, databases, and enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain custom Java-based rules and scripts within SailPoint.
Configure and manage access reviews, certifications, password policies, and identity governance processes.
Work with business and security teams to gather IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Support IAM compliance initiatives (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and audit requirements.
Participate in deployments, upgrades, and patches of SailPoint environments.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of overall IT experience with strong IAM focus.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, provisioning, RBAC, SOD.
Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, and scripting.
Experience integrating SailPoint with AD, LDAP, HR systems, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
Experience with SQL, databases, and log analysis.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (Git).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
