Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FircoSoft Developer with strong hands-on experience in FircoSoft v6.12.x or later. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening solutions, along with strong SQL/Oracle PL/SQL and Shell Scripting skills.
The candidate should have experience working in Banking, AML, Financial Crime Compliance, Sanctions Screening, and Name Screening environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening solutions.
Implement and maintain FircoSoft configurations, formats, profiles, rules, and workflows.
Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, database objects, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Develop and maintain shell scripts supporting FircoSoft applications.
Analyze and tune screening alerts, false positives, and matching rules.
Integrate customer, transaction, and watchlist data feeds with FircoSoft screening platforms.
Support production releases, deployments, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with Compliance, Business, and Technology teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Prepare technical design documents, test cases, deployment documentation, and support documentation.
Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on FircoSoft experience.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with FircoSoft v6.12.x or later.
Strong experience with FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening products.
Strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL experience.
Experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers.
Strong Shell Scripting experience.
Experience with AML/KYC, sanctions screening, watchlist screening, PEP, and adverse media.
Experience with World-Check integrations.
Strong understanding of FircoSoft alert tuning, configuration management, matching rules, and screening workflows.
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
Experience with Git and Jenkins.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AWS, Hadoop, Databricks, Impala, or PostgreSQL.
Experience working with global banking clients.
Experience with financial crime compliance transformation programs.
