Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Our engineering teams build secure, maintainable systems that contribute directly to mission readiness across submarine, carrier, and shore-based environments while operating within collaborative agile development frameworks.
We are seeking an early-career Full Stack Software Engineer to support software development activities across mission-critical Navy systems. This individual will participate in software design, integration, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment efforts while contributing to secure, maintainable applications across multiple environments.
Location: Manassas, VA Onsite Occasional travel to Navy or customer integration locations as needed

Job Details- Develop, integrate, test, and maintain software applications supporting Navy operational systems
- Build and enhance full stack applications using Java and JavaScript technologies
- Participate in agile sprint planning, development cycles, reviews, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot software defects and system integration challenges
- Produce maintainable, readable, documented code aligned with engineering standards
- Support validation, software integration, and deployment activities
- Contribute to technical documentation and configuration management efforts
- Collaborate with software engineers and technical stakeholders in laboratory and operational environments
Must have Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret Clearance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 0-3 years software engineering or systems integration experience
- Java / J2EE development experience
- JavaScript framework experience including React or Vue
- Relational database experience including Oracle or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of Hibernate / JPA concepts
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
