Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Informatica IICS / Power Center Developer for a long-term State of Texas project in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in ETL development, Snowflake, Informatica IICS/Power Center, and healthcare data environments.

The candidate will work within an Agile environment and contribute to enterprise data integration, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience developing ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica Power Center and/or Informatica IICS
Experience integrating data from multiple data sources including:
- Oracle
- SQL Server
- Excel
- MS Access
- Adobe PDF
Strong experience designing and developing complex Snowflake SQL scripts
Experience with enterprise data warehousing and analytics projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data visualization and BI environments
Experience working in Agile/Sprint teams
Strong communication and technical documentation skills
Experience with:
- Visio
- Erwin
- MS Office Suite
- MS Project
Experience writing efficient, scalable, and testable code
Understanding of security principles related to PHI/PII data
Experience with JIRA
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Git Actions
Experience developing using Java, JavaScript, Python
Knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services

Preferred Skills

Prior Healthcare Industry experience
Prior experience working with HHS agencies
Experience handling PHI/PII data
Experience with Mulesoft
Experience with AI tools such as:
- Snowflake Cortex & Intelligence
- Informatica Claire
