Position: Project Manager with Conjur

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment, migration, and operational scaling of CyberArk Conjur (CyberArk Secrets Manager - Self-Hosted / Cloud) across our cloud, containerized, and CI/CD environments. You will bridge security/IAM architecture teams, platform engineering, and application development squads to eliminate hard-coded credentials, automate secret rotation, and ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 5+ years of IT/Technical Project Management experience, with at least 2+ years specifically managing Cybersecurity, IAM (Identity & Access Management), or Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives.
Technical Familiarity: Solid working knowledge or hands-on familiarity with CyberArk Conjur / CyberArk Secrets Manager architecture, machine identities, secret rotation, and REST APIs.
Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions), container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project execution frameworks.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or CyberArk-related certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender/Sentry) are highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, technical communication, and risk mitigation capabilities.
