Our client, a Global Tech company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager, M&A Integration Lead in Remote.

Job Title: Senior Manager, M&A Integration Lead
Location: Waltham, MA (Remote)
Duration: Contract - 7+ months
Pay Rate Range: $100 to $110 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end M&A integration efforts, including planning, execution, and post-close optimization across multiple workstreams
Build and manage integration PMO frameworks, including governance models, timelines, risk tracking, and executive reporting
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales Ops, HR, Legal, Product) to ensure seamless operational alignment
Act as the primary liaison for third-party integration consultants, ensuring delivery alignment and quality execution
Develop and refine scalable integration playbooks, incorporating lessons learned and improving time-to-value for future acquisitions

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, or consulting with direct M&A integration exposure
Proven experience building and leading integration PMOs within enterprise SaaS or technology environments
Strong cross-functional expertise across Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and GTM functions
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (preferred but not required)
