Policy Engine 4-eyes authorization, separation of duties, co-signer workflows
MPC Key share management, backup/recovery, MPC vs. HSM tradeoffs
Migration Zero-downtime cutover, wallet sweeping, reconciliation
Integration ATS/OMS connectivity, core banking integration
Secondary Skills:
Regulatory alignment (FINRA Rule 4370, SEC Rule 15c3-3)

Policy & Governance: Define approval workflows and policy controls
API Integration: Build integrations using SDKs, webhooks, and signing flows
Audit & Compliance: Align configurations with regulatory requirements
Platform Operations: Support multi-chain custody operations
Collaboration: Work with custody and architecture teams
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot platform and transaction issues
Mentorship: Guide team members.
