Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday HCM reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and
Composite reports
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them
into effective Workday reporting solutions
Support the creation of dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and visualizations using Workday
reporting tools, Workday Prism, and/or Workday People Analytics (where applicable)
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with security and privacy standards
Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
Document report definitions, business rules, and technical specifications
Support Workday upgrades and releases, enhancement initiatives, including testing and
validation of reporting functionality
Provide training and knowledgesharing to HR team members and business users on report
access, usage, and interpretation
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of handson experience with Workday Reporting (HCM)
Strong expertise in Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to define reporting
requirements
Strong understanding of Workday security and data governance as it relates to reporting
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical
users
