Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Workday HCM Technical Developer with strong expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Workday Studio, BIRT, and integrations. Must have hands-on experience developing Studio integrations from scratch, configuring business processes, building reports, and optimizing existing Workday systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain Workday Studio integrations from scratch.
· Configure Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and business processes.
· Build and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday reports.
· Develop Advanced, Custom, Matrix, and Trending reports using XML/XSLT.
· Identify automation opportunities and optimize existing systems.
· Lead development, testing, deployments, and release processes.
Must-Have Skills:
· Workday Core HCM & Payroll
· Workday Studio (integration development from scratch)
· Workday BIRT
· EIBs & Core Connectors
· Advanced, Custom, Matrix & Trending Reports
· XML & XSLT
· 7+ years of Workday development experience
