  • Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor and support communication across both shifts.
  • Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and a respectful workplace.
Drive Manufacturing Performance
  • Lead daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability goals.
  • Align staffing, production schedules, equipment capacity, materials, tooling, and engineering support.
  • Resolve production bottlenecks and improve coordination between departments.
  • Monitor on-time delivery, labor efficiency, overtime, scrap, rework, and equipment utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CNC machining processes, workflow, and cost control.
  • Support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and capital planning.
Strengthen Quality and Customer Relationships

  • Strong communication, conflict-resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous General Manager, Plant Manager, or Director of Operations experience in precision CNC manufacturing.
  • Direct responsibility for profit and loss.
