Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
· Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
· Monitoring tools (Azure App Insights.)
· Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
· Knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking
Roles & Responsibilities
· 5+ years of Azure experience
· Good BFSI domain knowledge
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
· Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
· Monitoring tools (Azure App Insights.)
· Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
· Knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking
Responsibilities:
· Monitor live Azure applications and infrastructure 24/7
· Respond to production incidents, outages, and alerts
· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
· Handle incident tickets (ServiceNow/JIRA) and ensure SLA adherence
· Analyze logs using Azure App Insights
· Provide on-call support for critical issues
· Track system health, metrics, and alerts
· Work with development teams for bug fixes and deployments
· Participate in release management and change processes
· Suggest system improvements and automation opportunities
· Document incidents, solutions, and known issues · Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
· Automate repetitive tasks · Improve reliability and reduce manual interventions
· Implement proactive monitoring and preventive fixes
