Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules.
- Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Create and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Approval Workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support business and operational needs.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure platform security and governance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
