• To date, DPRE (MVP) value realization has been primarily driven by interest expense and rate-paid management, delivering more than $100M in annualized interest expense / NII benefit.
• This next phase of the program addresses a backlog of critical enhancements, including blended APY, balance tiering, new-money capabilities, Zafin IO integration, Core Deposit platform updates, and enhanced tier structures. Collectively, these capabilities will create a systematic and scalable ability to target existing clients with differentiated, competitive rates to both acquire and retain deposits, while mitigating repricing risk across the existing deposit base..

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

• The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with strategic priorities, risks are proactively managed, and value is realized throughout the project lifecycle. Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and clear communication.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, including business, technology, finance, risk, and vendor partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Track and report on project status, financials, milestones, and benefits realization.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and change management standards.
• Manage budget, resources, and vendor performance (if applicable).
• Drive execution against defined success metrics and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization.        .                                        

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
