Summary

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary
The Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting the production of pharmaceutical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all processes are performed in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety guidelines, and company procedures to
produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the production of pharmaceutical products
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records accurately
• Perform weighing, dispensing, mixing, granulation, and packaging activities
• Document all manufacturing activities in accordance with cGMP requirements
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas
• Identify and report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues
• Assist in troubleshooting production problems and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with quality assurance and quality control teams

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field preferred
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or food manufacturing is a plus
• Basic understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Technical Skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production processes
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
• Ability to work utilizing a microscope
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, batch records, and technical documents

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including gowns, gloves, and masks
• Ability to work in controlled environments (cleanrooms, temperature-controlled areas)

Work Environment
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with cleanroom settings
