Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or product analysis roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Core knowledge in the lending lifecycle, system configurations, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of end-to-end steps from lead generation, application intake, and credit analysis to underwriting, closing, and funding.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in solution design and validate that deliverables meet business objectives.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and product performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Support product managers in defining product features, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are well understood and implemented.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, and release notes.
- Bridge the gap between financial stakeholders and software developers to optimize workflows like application intake, underwriting, and closing.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
