Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

A bit about us:

We're a well-established General Contractor headquartered in Chicagoland, delivering a mix of ground-up and complex renovation/interior projects for repeat clients. We're known for tight project execution, strong subcontractor relationships, and developing talent from Project Engineer APM PM with real training, real responsibility, and real support.

Why join us?
  • Fast-track growth: Clear path to Assistant PM and beyond; your development is planned, not accidental.
  • Strong mentorship: You'll work closely with experienced PMs/Supers who will teach you how to run work, not just assign tasks.
  • Project variety: Exposure to precon, buyout, field coordination, owner/architect communication, and closeout.
  • Healthy team culture: High standards, low ego-people help each other win.
  • Competitive package: Medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO/holidays, vehicle/allowance (role dependent), bonus potential, and sign-on bonus for the right hire.
